Trade & Infrastructure
Develop cross-border transport corridors, railways, roads, ports, energy networks, and digital infrastructure that facilitate trade and regional economic growth.
Business & Investment
Encourage regional investment, entrepreneurship, value addition, industrial development, tourism, and financial cooperation that create jobs and improve livelihoods.
Peace & Security
Strengthen regional cooperation on peacekeeping, conflict prevention, border security, disaster response, public health, and humanitarian assistance.
People-to-People Integration
