To establish an official VIP Diaspora Chapter, applicants should ordinarily provide the following information:

- ✔ Interim Chairperson

- ✔ Passport or Kenyan National ID
- ✔ Proof of Residence (Optional)
- ✔ Agreement to uphold the Party Constitution
- ✔ Acceptance of the Party Code of Conduct
How to Start a Diaspora Chapter

The Party reviews the application and verifies the founding members.

Approval
The National Office approves and officially recognises the chapter.
